After becoming a mom, I wanted to create a space where moms didn’t have to choose between taking care of themselves and being with their babies. That’s how my Mommy & Me Baby-Wearing Pilates classes were born! 👶🏻🤍

There’s something so special about not having a traditional 9–5… but creating a life and business that works around my family. 🤍

I get to come to my studio, teach Pilates, move my body, connect with amazing clients—and have my baby right there with me. 👶🏻🫶🏼

I’m so grateful that my clients are so understanding and easygoing about having my baby at the studio. It has allowed me to keep doing what I love without feeling like I have to choose between being a mom and being a business owner.

And honestly, becoming a mom inspired me to create even more… Mommy & Me Pilates, Mommy Dance Classes, and spaces where moms can bring their babies, move, connect, and feel like themselves again. 🤍

This is more than just a studio.
This is my business.
My passion.
My community.
And the life I’m building for my family. ✨

No traditional 9–5… just my own kind of freedom. 💕
This is my studio. This is my life. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
