Continued from last post: This here sums up every advice that you can give someone VENTURING into full time business. These are some of the ways you can prepare for raining days. 1. Financial: Set aside enough money to take care of your needs for about 6 months or have a side cash cow that does that. Plan and set aside OPEX (operating expenditure) for six months at least for your new business. 2. Mental: entrepreneurship might drive you nuts sometimes. But do not allow it, prepare for those days, take a break if you need to but keep going. 3. Do not start a business based on your emotions. They don't last. Start a business based on a need that has been identified. 4. Finally prepare to learn. It never stops and you learn from even the most unlikely places. Remember, yesterday's solutions might be obsolete tomorrow.
