Since ranking #61 on the inaugural @worlds100bestcoffeeshops list in 2025, we have stepped up our in-store experience with El Union Taas, our dine-in floor. It’s a brunch spot and live music venue upstairs that features top shelf Filipino origins and guest filter offerings from our travels, frozen at peak and brewed upon order. Our signature drink menu highlights the cooperation between our Roastery, Commissary, and R&D teams.
