Right around my daughter’s 7th birthday, we created a natural deodorant because I couldn’t find one made just for kids.

What started in the summer of 2019 became KJ3 Essentials, officially launched on July 23, 2020, with my kids hand-making lip balms and deodorants. 💚

Today we’re KIDLIFE.

We’ve celebrated wins, faced setbacks, and kept moving forward. Every challenge has made our mission even stronger.

One of the things I’m most proud of is watching my kids enjoy being kids. 💚

Swimming. Playing outside. Sweating. Running around in this Texas heat. ☀️💦

There was a time when sensitive skin, dryness, irritation, and eczema flare-ups made some of those everyday moments harder for our family.

That experience became part of the WHY behind KIDLIFE.

I wanted simple personal care products that worked for our family’s everyday routines and were made with growing kids and sensitive skin in mind.

Today, watching my kids swim, play outside, get sweaty, get messy, and enjoy childhood means more to me than people probably realize. 🥹💚

10/10 — A DATE I WILL NEVER FORGET! 💗

Two years ago today, I received the life-changing call: “Your results came back. You have breast cancer.”

Words no one ever wants to hear. Fear, uncertainty, and so many emotions followed. But from the very beginning, I prayed for healing, believed God, and claimed my healing before I could see it!

Was it easy? Absolutely NOT! Multiple surgeries, tears, setbacks, and some very difficult days. But through it all, GOD carried me. 🙏🏾

I promised God I would share my testimony to encourage others. If you’ve received a frightening diagnosis or you’re waiting on results, don’t lose hope. It’s okay to feel afraid, but don’t let fear take away your faith or your fight. Seek care, lean on your support system, and keep going!

FAST FORWARD TWO YEARS!

Today, I’m in Dallas at the @goodsoilforum , feeling so much better, learning, networking, celebrating, and cheering for others! I’m rebuilding my business, KIDLIFE™, and walking into this next chapter with renewed faith, purpose, and courage!

I’m not just celebrating a conference. I’m celebrating LIFE, HEALING, and SECOND CHANCES! 🙌🏾💕

🙌🏾 I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE GOOD SOIL FORUM! 🌱✨

I originally planned to attend in 2024, but God had a different journey for me. October 10, 2024, was the day I received my breast cancer diagnosis. I’m so grateful to be here today—healed, present, and able to share this testimony. Instead of attending a conference, I was facing a diagnosis, multiple surgeries, and one of the most challenging seasons of my life.

BUT GOD! 🙌🏾💗 All praise and glory to Almighty God! I’m healed, I’m here, and I’m REBOUNDING! 🙏🏾

I missed Day 1, but Day 2 has already been such a blessing! So much wisdom, encouragement, and inspiration from the amazing speakers. Thank you to everyone who poured into us today! @mahisha_dellinger @heyshantaq @ariansimone @bethedrive @fiscalcliff @goodsoilforum @tylerperry

As a wife, mom of three, and serial entrepreneur, I’ve learned that sometimes growth requires us to pause, heal, and rebuild.

🎀 October 1st — Breast Cancer Awareness Month

In October 2024, I was diagnosed with DCIS, Stage 0 breast cancer. After multiple surgeries, procedures, reconstruction, recovery and final pathology, I was upstaged to Stage 1.

But from the beginning, I claimed healing. And today, my doctors tell me I am clear, my risk of recurrence is low, and I continue with surveillance every few months. Praise God. I am healed. 🙏🏾💗

Today I’m preparing for an MRI, and I had to go back through my medical journal and records. I really didn’t want to revisit that chapter, but survivorship comes with follow-ups, tests and moments that bring it all back.

I’m also incredibly thankful for my doctors, the advancements in treatment and technology, and the amazing support system that carried me through some very hard days. I don’t take any of that for granted.

September was Achalasia Awareness Month, and now October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Achalasia is a rare disorder that affects the esophagus and makes swallowing difficult, so these back-to-back months hit differently for me.

This journey was a real setback—physically, emotionally and financially. I’m a wife, mom, entrepreneur, travel agent and tax preparer. I returned to and expanded KIDLIFE, launched Abundii, and became a licensed Life & Health Insurance agent because I want to help others with some of the things I had to learn the hard way.

And please, get checked. Know your body. Keep up with your recommended screenings. Don’t put it off just because you feel fine or look healthy. Early detection mattered in my story, and I’m so grateful mine was found when it was.

Please remember: people don’t always look like what they’re going through. Check on your people. Be kind. Give grace.

Pray for those fighting, those navigating survivorship, and the families and support systems walking beside them.

I’m grateful, rebuilding, smiling, and by God’s grace, I’m here. 💗#
