That’s a wrap on Week 1 at the Delray Beach Boxing Club! 🔥

I built Kids Kickstart KO Tech Camp on one belief: the grit it takes to step in the ring is the same grit it takes to write code, run an experiment, and bet on yourself.

This week our kids trained their bodies AND their minds — boxing, technology, and health science, all under one roof. The confidence in that room was undeniable. 💪

Just wrapped up a 16-day boxing camp with the youth from the Boys & Girls Club — and man, the growth was unreal.

This wasn’t just about throwing punches or learning combos… This was about discipline, confidence, technique, teamwork, and most importantly — family.

These kids showed up every day and gave it their all. They learned how to move with purpose, how to listen, how to lead, and how to push through when it got hard. That’s the kind of training that sticks for life — in and OUT the ring.

Much love to the entire coaching squad who poured into these young warriors — and BIG S/O to my brother, Coach @yousephs , and the whole Delray Beach Boxing @delraybeachboxingclub fam for opening the doors and building something real for the community. 🥊

Yesterday, I got to teach my first lesson of Kids Kickstart digital literacy curriculum exploring techniques to identify deep fakes on social media platforms. It was great collaborating with the @suitsforseniors program on helping our youth achieve greater economic and educational opportunities! More to come as we get the curriculum established! by @kidskickstart
