Dirty Cabbage Skillet 🥬🔥

This dirty cabbage recipe is an absolute game-changer for meal prep—savory, packed with veggies, and loaded with protein. If you loved unstuffed cabbage rolls, this skillet version is even easier and takes it to the next level.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
• 1 lb turkey sausage
• 1 large green cabbage (cut thin, like spaghetti!)
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 cup carrots, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tsp olive oil (for cooking)

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prep the Cabbage: Remove any damaged outer leaves and slice your green cabbage into 1-inch steaks or wedges keeping the core intact (or slice it thinner like spaghetti, just like I do!).

- Brown the Meat: Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add your ground beef and turkey sausage, cooking until fully browned.

- Add Veggies & Seasonings: Toss in the diced onion, bell pepper, and carrots. Season with garlic salt, black pepper, and salt. Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, sautéing until everything is completely combined and fragrant.

- Simmer the Broth: Pour in your Kettle & Fire chicken bone broth and minced garlic.

- Cook Down the Cabbage: Add your cabbage right into the pan, cover with a lid, and let it simmer and cook down until tender and flavorful. Serve hot and enjoy!

Day 30 in the books 💪🏼
