We designed these units around one idea: Let light lead.

Skylights that open the sky into your space. Double volumes that give you room to breathe. And indigenous textures that remind you where you are.

Thermal comfort is non-negotiable when building your home.
.
Here are 3 simple ways we achieve it:

1. Double-Glazed Windows: They act like a thermal flask for your house. They keep the harsh sun and heat OUT and your cool air IN. Less heat, less noise, lower energy bills.

2. Strategic AC Placement: We don’t just put AC anywhere. We place it where it gives you even cooling without fighting with your windows and doors.

3. Fan Circulation: A ceiling fan doesn’t just blow air. It circulates cool air from your AC faster and keeps air fresh, so your AC doesn’t have to work overtime.

Comfort is not by accident. It’s by design. by @kiimeonesaba_designs

I FAILED MY WAY INTO DESTINY.

I was 100% sure I’d be a doctor. I was already an A student, prayers done, future planned. Medicine at UI — no Plan B.
Then JAMB gave me 180.

180! The kind of score where even the computer is confused for you 😂. My mates went to uni, I went home to think about my life choices 😭

That heartbreak forced me to finally ask myself: “Why do you even want to be a doctor?” I had no good answer.
Then someone whispered “Architecture” and I was like — what’s that? Drawing houses?

Turned out, that “failure” was actually God redirecting me in HD.
14 years later, I can’t imagine being anything else.

Moral of the story: Sometimes you need a 180 to make a 180-degree turn 😂💯 by @kiimeonesaba_designs
