I coach soccer because soccer saved me.

Growing up in Chicago, there were plenty of unhealthy distractions. Soccer gave me a space to be myself, learn, compete, grow, and dream.

Now I get to give that same space to the next generation of soccer stars. 🏃🏽⚽️

For me, soccer is more than coaching. It’s playing, teaching, competing, creating memories, being a fan, a student, and an enthusiast.

This month, I’m sharing what the beautiful game means to me — from the sideline, on the field, in the stands, and everywhere in between.
