Look what the love of my life and I made! Our sweet girl, Sophia Liora, was born ❤️🌷🌸 Our lives are forever changed in the best way possible. We are so in love with her!

Sophia means wisdom in Greek, and we chose it because our story with her started on the Greek island of Naxos during our first wedding anniversary trip. Liora is Hebrew for “my light” or “God’s light.” Together, her name means “wisdom and light,” which is what we hope she’ll carry with her throughout her life. ❤️

Had a long, natural labor then an unplanned C-section with many complications that resulted in a full week at the hospital. I am forever thankful to all of the postpartum care we received, to have such an amazing husband to grow through these scary & beautiful moments with, to have supportive friends & family, and for the birth of our beautiful daughter who has us all wrapped around her little finger already. I have so much to say about all of this, but for now, focusing on recovering & enjoying time with our sweet girl. 💓 taken in San Diego, California by @kiirrrstenn

Happy 2nd wedding anniversary to us ❤️ 2 years ago on 10/6/24 was the best day of our lives, celebrating our love with everyone we love. What an adventure we’ve had this past year! Greece, Egypt, Spain, finding out I was pregnant with our girl in Greece, NJ/NY/CT, sharing our exciting news with everyone, Mexico, to the second best day of our lives- the birth of our girl, and growing through all the joys and hardships of parenthood together. There’s no one else I would want to share these life moments with. I’d marry you over and over and over again. Here’s to many more 🥂❤️ I love you forever.

2 years married already?? I love squeezing all the juice out of life together. We celebrate this year with our daughter touring the Danish style town of Solvang eating pastries; Santa Barbara tacos, Turkish delights, and batting cages, Portos institution, Mediterranean food, and Taiwanese desserts. A month late on posting this, but here are some memories from our girl’s first month of life ❤️ Within her first month, our Sophia Liora girl has been to several beaches and parks, experienced her first 4th of July fireworks, and tried plenty of new restaurants with us! Lots and lots of eating, crying, pooping, sleeping (and not sleeping) as you might imagine 🤣

We are lucky to have had Josh’s parents and brother stay with us during this entire time, to have his aunt come stay for a week, and to of course have my parents and brother nearby. It really takes a village while we are learning this whole parenthood thing! Spent a lot of time on my post partum recovery and also cherishing each moment with our girl. I of course cried when her umbilical cord stump fell off. I miss having her in my tummy, but it also brings me so much joy to care for her here in person. Every day has been a blessing no matter the exhaustion or difficulty. ❤️ we love her to pieces. taken in San Diego, California by @kiirrrstenn
