Nike Melbourne Marathon 2026 weekend done and dusted ✅️
5 hours and 47 minutes for my first full marra. The heat added another element to the race, begun cramping at 16km and knew it was gonna be a long slog. I didnt give up and we pushed through for a finish === toenails intact, nipples saved and the satisfaction of finally completing a goal years in the making by @kiki_tours

What an emotional rollercoaster today at @grapplingindustries

Lewis competed in both the gi and no gi. A very challenging bracket for the gi division and he was ready to call it quits and go home. His resilience, effort and heart shown through during his no gi bracket and the switch flipped.
He won all 4 in the no gi winning split decisions with the boy who won gold in the gi and was able to come out on top against the kid he lost to at the Nationals championships a month ago. We are so proud of you, Lewis Jericho

Enjoy the ice creams 🥇

Shout out to the coaches
