Such a pinch me moment on the opportunity to have styled this title sequence for @secretlivesonhulu & I’m beyond grateful to be brought on the project as stylist. Incredible crew, stunning setting, and obv…the gorgeous girls as muses. Some BTS/fun facts about the opening sequence: it was inspired by Head Exec Producer Andrea Metz’s vision for the season, with each girl styled around her assigned mythological character. Since the inspiration isn’t super obvious, I thought it could be fun to share the why behind each look 👀 Whitney: Icarus, winged Goddess, ambition + freedom Jessi: Helen of Troy, Face that launched a thousand ships, beauty + influence Mayci: Hera, Queen of the gods, marriage + motherhood + power Mikayla: Artemis, Goddess of the hunt, independence + protection + strength Miranda: Penelope, waited faithfully for Odysseus, loyalty + devotion + patience Layla: Aphrodite, Goddess of love + beauty + desire + femininity Jen: Persephone, Queen of the underworld, rebirth + transformation + duality Taylor: Athena, Warrior goddess of strength, strategy + courage Each character had her own symbolism + energy, translated through the styling and from the beginning, we knew we wanted to focus on accessories as a way to show the theme. Seashell jewelry. Winged headpieces, arm cuffs & symbols of strength, each detail tied back to the character. So much thought went into each story and it was so fun bringing the inspo to life. Would I make a few edits looking back? Yes 🙂 Always part of the process, but still overall, so happy with how it came out. ✨ huge love to @anninelson and @justinmaxx who helped me with all the logistics on each and every detail 😌 #angels Jen’s dress @heggygonzalez / @heggyhair Jessi’s dress @thestitchfitz Whitney’s custom corset @brently_pearson & @lionel.nichols HMU @peytonwarrmakeup Wardrobe Stylist @kikieno Jewelry by @ettika @showpo & @turnedtreasurevintage by @kikieno

I’m continually amazed by this woman. She’s a true force, someone who turns vision into reality and elevates everything she touches. A powerhouse in every sense. Sundance may be leaving, but fashion in Park City is not going anywhere. Park City Fashion Week is here to stay, growing and getting better every year. Utah’s fashion scene is evolving, and she’s leading the way. A special thank you to this incredible team! This shoot was no joke. We were trekking through nearly 25 inches of snow, getting stuck, freezing, and pushing through it all. And through every moment, she absolutely delivered.
