I process “you should rest” as an insult! Like…Are you trying to trigger me??? If I could, I would!!

People with ADHD expend higher levels of energy to regulate their attention, emotions, and behaviors throughout the day.

Relaxing and focusing on “emptying the mind” requires more of this self-regulation, making traditional relaxation feel like a chore rather than a break.

This weekend we got to witness Dad be apart of girls flag history - the FIRST EVER TEXAS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP at @unt & Dallas WON!!!!!! Duh.

Proud is truly an understatement, but the truth! We’ve loved watching @dannymccray40 grow & develop this game so far. Girls Flag Football is so much more than a sport to us. We’re so blessed to be able to support Dad on this mission & excited to celebrate the FIRST EVER UNDEFEATED TEXAS STATE CHAMPS!!!!! 💙🔥🌟

I just attended an amazing event hosted by Meta and @instagram , where they unveiled some exciting updates about new teen Instagram accounts.

First off, Instagram is rolling out features designed to create a safer and more supportive environment for teens. 🌟 They’re prioritizing privacy and security, ensuring that teen accounts are automatically set to private by default. This means only approved followers can see their content, giving teens more control over who interacts with their posts.

Another cool feature, and my favorite one, is the enhanced parental controls. Parents can now set time limits, monitor activity, and even get insights into who their teens are connecting with.

Plus, Instagram is focusing on promoting positive interactions by introducing new tools to filter out negative comments and encourage kindness online. 💬❤️
