This summer was an eating fest for me and the abundance is now showing on my face 🤐 it’s time to go on a diet. I am lucky that my weight gain shows up in my face, I know my triggers and the result can also be quick.

I wish to be a size 8 again but I’ll just manage being a 10, 12 is a no no for me and I might have to padlock my mouth if I get there. Even if it’s squeezing into the 10, I’ll still claim it. I like rice and bread too much plus sugary beverage. The food I eat is mainly whole food and I drink my sugar but it’s still food dense sugar, hence the weight gain.

Eating more protein helps me keep the weight off as well as drinking more water and saving my heaviest meal of the day for the afternoon. Fish or chicken pepper soup at night and my last meal of the day latest by 7pm.

If only I can do this everyday, I’ll get to my ideal size 8 but I love food more than being a baddie.

Well come back to this after one year to see the progress of the hair or else, I will tussle.

I can come across as whimsical but I am very intentional and my message is to give yourself grace in your becoming. We all have struggles, maybe not at the same time but it’s a human experience and you have to be hopeful that it gets better.

I want to make you laugh when the last thing you need is laughter, I want you to find little joys even in the midst of your struggles.

If only I started my hair care at the same time as my skin care, i would be Rapunzel now. Anyways delay is not denial. I have started now and I am giving myself one year of consistent use before I come to testify.

I am also using minoxidil, a topical foam which increases blood flow and nutrient delivery to hair roots.

Oldie but goldie 😍 Are you even a romcom person if this isn’t in your top 3?

For me till eternity, the best kind of romance is friends to lovers, where you are trying to hook each other up with your friends 😂😂 not knowing that is your spouse in waiting.

Don’t ask me how many siblings I have 😂 my parents did abiyamo and I have a large extended family so no scarcity for me.
