I couldn’t fit everything into a few seconds. Besides all the obvious things, I miss the cozy little streets, temples around every corner, the smells, the little everyday moments… and somehow, both the peace and the chaos of Japanese cities. I always love going to Ichiran, especially because you can customize everything to your liking: from the richness of the broth and the amount of garlic to the spice level and noodle firmness. And you can choose exactly how much you want.

It’s not really a place to sit and hang out for hours - it’s more like eat, enjoy your ramen, and go. 😂🍜
