Patio Pilates in 95 degree weather with 100% humidity (or at least it feels like it) ☀️ When you can’t make it to a class; get your yoga mat, pull up YouTube and do it at home. You can do Pilates anywhere, in your living room, on your balcony or in your backyard. #pilates #matpilates #kilates #hotpilates #htx #blackgirlpilates taken in Houston, Texas by @kilateshtx
