Introducing @lonkerodrinks

Lonkero, or Long Drink is the national drink of Finland. Gin mixed with sparkling grapefruit and served over tons of ice, it has been a staff favourite at Kilder for the last few years, especially now we can get it in 440ml cans. taken in Digbeth by @kilder_bar

English wine week and an England game this weekend feels like the perfect time to do this beautiful traditional method sparkling by the glass.

@windingwoodvineyard are situated in West Berkshire and planted on free draining loam over flint and chalk, ideal soil for growing grapes.

This wine is made from the classic Champagne varieties and undergoes two fermentations, the second on its yeast lees in bottle for a minimum of two years before being discorged.

62% Chardonnay
38% Pinot Noir
