We arrived 30 minutes early for the game at 3 but they postponed it until 5:10 because of the rain. So we got to hangout for a few hours before I left early with Ozzy for bedtime!! Such a fun and once in a lifetime experience getting invited in a suite 🥰 thanks auntie Katie !!!

Another soup recipe for you guys!! Using @kettleandfire broth for the most flavor and added nutrients 🍲🤞🏼I ended up making this recipe 3 nights in a row!!

for the beef:
* 1 lb (93/7 is what I used) ground beef
* 1/2 small white onion, diced
* 2 tbsp honey
* 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (GF if you are celiac like me)
* 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

For the creamy spicy broth:
* 3 cups chicken broth
* 1 cup whole milk
* 3 tbsp sriracha
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tsp honey
* 1-2 cloves garlic
* 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is cooked and crispy.
3. Add honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until the beef is coated and the sauce thickens.
4. For the broth, whisk together chicken broth, sriracha, tomato paste, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
5. Reduce heat and stir in the whole milk and butter. Warm through, but don’t boil.
6. Add rice to a bowl, pour in the creamy broth, and top with the crispy beef.
