Selection of badge logo designs for various clients. I am always thankful that my clients love a good badge design. It is one of the most versitile design assets you can have for your brand. Perfect for embroidery, patches, socials, web, and apparel. Plus, they can convey more information than just a traditional logomark, and pack a lot more of your brands flavour into the design. Some favourites from this bunch include the skull supply badges. The first one is a more open text badge, I love the way these look as a back print on jackets and sweatshirts. The second badge design I wanted to make into the shape of a skull. I experimented a lot with different shapes, trying to avoid anything too complicated. This simple skull shape allows me to fit the brand name with the rest of the design, making up the skulls features, no wasted space. A bunch of badges made for Leo's Tavern still haven't released this project as a whole, but I made a huge selection of cool badge designs for them. Lots of text-based badge designs. Selection of apparel and logo designs. A selection of apparel and logo designs from last year. I love creating big bold statement pieces for brands looking to make fresh apparel designs. I've always been a fan of a bigger design printed on the back and an accompanying front badge design that ties the whole piece together. I've also mixed in some logo designs and icons from last year. More of the individual skull designs from skull supply and a few logo designs, some that made it, and some that never left the concept phase. Loved the Asac winter sports designs I made. This snowboarder design was my favourite of the set, love when I get to design big bold, illustration heavy badge designs. Selection of typography and badge designs from 2025. A few typography designs and some logomarks and badge designs. Loved this Caddy Collective Culture type project. Working with longer names can be a struggle, if possible, I always try and stack them in a way that they fit nicely into a square or small rectangle. This way, they can almost act as a logomark on their own instead of taking up lots of horizontal space. The Butterfly X logo was made for a front design on one of their rashguards. We always try and adjust their original logo to fit the theme of the collection. This one was a cult / secret society design. We created this cool summoning circle around their butterfly icon. Logo and apparel designs from 2025. I'm enjoying putting these collections together, and I've got a few more to go. Keep finding new designs from last year, but there's a few I want to save for their own posts. The comfort kills reaper illustration I designed for Butterfly X was a stand-out design. Really loved the final result and loved working through the concept. Lowering the opacity and zooming the design in for the background of the rashguard really ties the whole piece together. The leagalize mulligans hat typography design was another fun type design. We used a grassy effect for the final product. It involved reworking the type a few times to make sure the letters were all fully visible when the final effect was applied. A bunch of other badge logo and logomark designs that I really liked featured as well. Logo and branding designs from 2025. Some of my favourite designs from last year. My favourite one is the skull and roses t-shirt design, the original being made in re, but I made a couple of colour variations and really liked this blue one. The 3 putt champ crest was another apparel design i made, this time for an embroidered hat. Based on an old-school diamond cut hat. Felt that the 3d effect really added a lot to the final embroidery. The crossfit vacaville badge design mixed elements of the Vacaville flag with a minimal badge to create an easily brandable mark. The Slush st Louis logo mark combined the st Louis arch and lime wedge with custom slush typography. More badge designs from 2025. Only one more week of January left, man this month has flown by. But it's been a great start to the year, and there are lots of exciting projects to kick it off. Here's some of my favourite badge designs from last year. The Thread Forge badge was a particular favourite design of mine, and I really liked the balance of elements, making it perfect for embroidery and signage. The larger skull supply t-shirt design was another piece I really enjoyed designing. It was part of a larger collection revolving around dripping and melting skulls. A couple badges designs from the Another Barber Co Collection. Was particularly happy with the extra geometric detailing in the centre. Also really liked this alternative Slush StL typography. It wasn't what we ended up going with, but I liked the bold, clean finish on the wordmark. Some of my favourite badge designs from 2025. I've been really enjoying making these recaps, partly because it's great to revisit last year's designs, and partly because it means I don't have to think about what to post. Some designs from a big leaf relief rebrand I did towards the end of last year. Really loved this badge design and embroidered patch design. One of the designs from the Crossfit Vacaville branding. I really loved how those designs came together, especially this simple script typography design. The Dilf hat made for Birdieboss Golf was another crowd pleaser, mixing humour with a vintage golf club style. And then this text badge design for recoil Republic was another design a really liked. Can't wait to share more of those in the upcoming weeks. A few more designs from the JMD branding pack on here, with the full badge design lock up and the lettermark logo. Also, some of the pattern elements i create for their seamless pattern. The ooze branding was another great project. I really liked bringing in these rich browns and caramels into that project and giving all the designs this oozing, melted chocolate vibe. A few other badge designs and typography for Skull Supply projects, always loved designing skulls. I'm already working on more designs for them this year. Another batch of designs from last year's archive, a nice mix of badge design and typography in this selection. The Mother Smuckers sticky jam typography was one of my favourite designs from last year, was fun combining that retro handwritten 70's style type design, and these sticky liquid accents. The JMD logo design was another favourite of mine. Combining RV's and adventure, we made a logo mark that combined their company initials, and RV outline and tree into one responsive design system. Collection of designs from 2025. Some of the logo designs, branding work, and apparel designs made in 2025. It's been fun re-visiting some of these logo designs. It's amazing how long ago the start of last year feels. And it makes me excited for this year and all the great design projects ahead of me. I thought for these recap posts, I'd recreate the designs in a new matching colour palette to help them fit alongside each other. Really shows how much a strong colour scheme can help tie designs together and feel part of a set. This week, I'm working on exciting new types of clothing, utilising a new to me manufacturing technique. I've had to learn to make a different style of pattern in Illustrator to create them, which has been a great new graphic design skill to develop. I'm also working on some officially licensed designs, which I can't go much more into detail yet, but they're very cool, and I'm looking forward to sharing them in the future. First collection of designs from 2025. Some of the logo designs, branding work, and apparel designs made in 2025. As I get this year's projects off to a good start, I thought I'd take this month to post some of my favourite designs from last year. What a great year 2025 was, so much so that I've barely had time to post these last few months. Bigger projects, bigger clients, and a whole lot of exciting opportunities, It's been difficult to find the time to pay attention to social media. But I have big plans for content this year, mostly in the second half of the year, but expect more regular posting from this week onwards. Out of these designs, it's hard to pick a favourite. I really liked coming up with the skull supply logo. Sometimes, a concept comes together so organically to fit the brief that it just feels right from the start. The two hats I designed for Birdieboss Golf were another favourite from this bunch of designs. The mulligans' bar woven patch design really came out nice, and the American flag jets were a huge success. Graphics and apparel designs made for Tobacco Tactical. A selection of monogram, badge logos, illustrations, and apparel designs made for Tobacco Tactical. We combined tactical gear and cigars for this design mash up featuring lighter grenades, ashtray badge logos, and cigar cutter utility tools. The ashtray badge was one of my favourite designs from this pack. I just really liked the cleaness of it and the effect the reflective shading gave it. My favourite graphic would be a toss-up between the lighter grenade and the matchbox. I love old matchbox designs, so I took inspiration from their layouts.
