Ranked #15 in The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2026.

We join our partners at Jumeirah in celebrating @JumeirahMarsaAlArab as it climbs from 20 to 15 among the world’s finest hotels.

Inspired by the subtle nautical references derived from the grandeur of the world’s ultra-yachts, the form reflects the notion of standing on the top deck of a yacht. Corridors curve like a hull, public spaces break into intimate alcoves, and materials are refined and tactile, allowing guests to feel less like they’re checking in and more like they’re stepping aboard.

Congratulations to @jumeirahmarsaalarab and the team who bring the building to life every day.

Quality of life begins with the way you live.
And the details that make every day feel exceptional.

At Four Season Villas by ALAIN, every space is thoughtfully designed to elevate the way you experience home.

جودة الحياة لا تُقاس بما تملك.
بل بالطريقة التي تعيش بها.

في فلل فور سيزن من العين، صُمّمت كل مساحة لتجعل تفاصيل الحياة اليومية أكثر تميزاً.

Every great project begins with the right conversation.

We asked the renowned architect team from Killa Design about the moment ALAIN first approached him and what made this partnership feel right from the very beginning.

At the heart of design are the people who create it for people 🤍

A quick recap of the Luna Collection at Milan Design Week was exactly that moment where vision met craft, and where the minds behind the design stood just as present as the work itself.

Not just a showcase, but a quiet reminder that great design begins and ends with people.

Killa Design has revealed @jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. A sculptural new waterfront landmark shaped by a future-driven design philosophy, responding to how people live, how cities evolve, and how buildings endure over time.

The 186-metre tower is conceived as a fluid, sculpted form, challenging the more rigid typologies of Al Maryah Island and marking the prominent southern tip with a strong yet elegant presence.
At its centre, a cantilevered orbital ring forms a sky deck with ultra-luxury amenities and 360-degree views across Abu Dhabi, including a glass-bottom pool that creates a visual connection as a lens, between the building, water and city beyond.

Designed by Will Hosikian, Design Principal & Partner at Killa Design @will_hosikian, the project is designed with longevity at its core, aligning architectural expression with hospitality-led living and conceived as a lasting addition to Abu Dhabi’s evolving skyline.
