I have seen too many of my friends and co-workers lose their battles with mental health and life issues. Too many men feel that either there is no one they can talk to, or no one who understands or cares. So many of us have seen things we cannot unsee, have been through and continue to go through things that haunt us and don’t allow us to close our eyes and find stillness or peace. It is nothing to hide….it is nothing to ignore….and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Mental health is a stigma for us and we need to stop feeling like we are wrong or weak. We are men who are strong and proud, but we need to understand that we can talk to each and it’s ok. So many around me, like myself, have seen so much and continue to see suffer in their own pain, like a prison with no one to talk to. I wanted to start a group where we can connect, get together, talk and listen and get things out of our minds with the hope that it will ease the burden of what we carry around in our minds, on our own everyday.

If you think you or anyone you know could benefit from this group, I humbly ask that you join or share this group with them.

Thank you. 🙏
