Monday drop in. Got to reunite with some day 1 homies, literally. Josh and I started almost on the same day. Andrew and Johnny were both there my first day of jiu jitsu! This world gets crazy and we all go on our own paths, but it’s nice to remember the good ole days with some good ole friends. by @killerbbjj

Super thankful to @zoescreatives for snapping me @nfcjiujitsu brew jitsu!

Unfortunately due to the death of my father, I won’t be at this year’s Atlanta spring open. 😢
I’m anxious to be back on the comp mats. As we know though, mental health has to come first.

Friday night fights/work flow with @nfcfights
Saturday fun in the park with the @tribusbrazilianjiujitsu crew to raise money for the dogs!
Sunday I got to step back onto the competition mats for the first time in 4 months.

Life has changed a lot for me lately. Becoming a better adult/parent has meant that I needed to refocus things and make better use of my time management.
Stepping back onto the competition scene Sunday made me remember all of the love that I have cultivated in the community. A gentle reminder that even though I feel alone, I am never alone.

I am so grateful to @warriors_bjj and @harrystleger @arkhambjj for cornering me and letting me know they have my back. I am also grateful to @trentoncooke_ and everyone @tribusbrazilianjiujitsu for getting me ready 💪💜🥋 by @killerbbjj
