The Lady’s Improving!

She needed a re-stretch and a a proper frame. This happened a year and a half ago but I am trying to post things that bring me some joy.

I bravely took her off the stretcher, rolled her up and took her for her spa day. So happy I chose the thicker frame.

This mother took time to speak these words into the universe, on the courthouse steps where the men accused of murdering her gay son are on trial. Her son would be proud. 🏳️‍🌈

@_clarylinda though our politics may not align, we do agree that LGBTQIA+ folks need to step out of the shadows. Because when we do, we are as much a miracle as the rainbow that represents us. But to do so we need the love and support of families and mothers like you. And possibly even more importantly, we need protections under the law. Specifically at this moment in time when those protections hang in the balance. Especially for the trans community.

Linda please continue to honor your child by speaking truth to power. What you did today was remarkable. Keep fighting for us. May the God you believe in bless you and keep you safe. taken in Supreme Court Mahattan by @kiltyreidy

Always worth walking through the touristy dum-dums to bring a little cheer into my holiday. Thank you @wholefoods Bryant Park for my tree each year. Not bad for a random un-inspected tree. Pay, Grab, and Go.

Happy Holidays All!

Have a ROCKIN’ summer!

Thank you @hunter__foster , @realshanlew , @judybowmancasting and @sharonplayhouse for seeing this in me and allowing me to be the Dennis Dupree I never knew I could be. It wouldn’t have been possible without the perfect wig by @kurtisalger79 and costumes lead by @kmf.deangelis

This cast was a dream…but a special shout of to my partner in crime @jordanwfriend. You made this easy. Thanks for the slow dances.

@ericthomasjohnson and the Arsenal Band totally rocked 🤘🎶🎸🎤

Get yourself to CT this summer to see the beautiful work being done by @cgandress , @mikekevbald and the entire team up at the playhouse. A summer stock experience of dreams.

We had magic to do!

Visited @theatrechar, one of the spots where it all started. I was one of the sailors in My Sister Eileen in 1985. Bought my first Ben Nye make-up kit for that production.

We had a wonderful time supporting a local institution.

Yes, that is the look of love!

And it is the way I feel about the entire experience of putting together this genius fresh look at The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

To be trusted with this material by savvy director @colinhanlon and whimsical choreographer @nancyreneebraun has been a dream. AND “Dad and Mom” know where the FUNNY IS!

It would also be a disservice to leave out “Aunt” @heyitslnc who assisted in the shenanigans and “Uncle” @mat.eisenstein.music.services who holds the baton with supreme skill!

Want to laugh and have your heart tugged before the night is over?

Come see us at the @georgestreetplayhouse!
