I really think the good days teach you just as much as the bad days teach you 🙏🏼🥹🥺 pulling yourself out of a bad day and showing up again and again, then going over everything it’s learnt you is such a powerful thing you can do. But then being present on a good day and actually letting it ground you, feel positive emotions, become overwhelmed & taking something from it is also the most authentic thing you can do 🫶 EVERYDAY, NO MATTER THE MOOD, THE PLAN, THE OUTFIT, THE WEATHER 🌦️ “we can be taught something about ourselves or something else”

Wholesome London trip - 26hours of a human BE-ing not just LIVING. 💖✨

It was truly an amazing experience and I’m so grateful 🙏🏼 for @thecontentconsultantagency for believing in me, to do this for her ✨ proud of myself for not letting anxiety win 😅 and just go teach MY PASSION!!!! Something I do easily online, but in person WOW it’s so must harder 😳 but I did I it 🫶

What a fabulous bunch of business owners and influencers I met. Thank you @kaaphicoffee for such a perfect space & amazing drinks. I loved every minute ❤️‍🔥

It’s GOTCHA DAY 🥳🫶✨ after 5 years of these 2, turning us from auntie and uncle to mum and dad we are still standing 😂😂 4 kids is no walk in the park

We always do a little day to celebrate and reminisce on how far we have all come 💙❤️
Today was a total surprise, we didn’t tell them when we was planning this fun day day out. So it came to a big shock and they were so excited. First stop @traffordpalazzo to the pink palace @plouise_city ✨🤩💖 and of course for the dude it was @ldcmanchester both experiences were worth the money and such an ideal day out for them both. After a lot more treats we headed to @playfactore which was a ball 🙌 I had fun anyway 😂. The bank was broken 💰 but it was worth it
