Squeeze Bag:

Each squeeze bag fits into a pocket and is made from
ultra-soft jersey fabric. Filled with micro pearl beads, they mimic the calming sensation of holding fine sand, helping to relieve stress.

The weighted Bag:

The weighted bag fits into the blanket’s hidden layer around the neck. Made of soft cotton and filled with rice and lavender, it can be heated to help relieve muscle soreness. The natural lavender scent helps with relaxation and calm.
