What makes Black gay community feel like home?

For Kima, part of it was seeing Black gay love and realizing that kind of future was even possible.

For me, it’s the shared culture. The music. The pop culture. The girls. The things some of us were made to feel weird about loving when we were younger that now become the exact things we bond over.

Community isn’t always perfect, but sometimes shared joy is what makes it feel like home. 🖤🏳️‍🌈

What makes you feel most at home in your community?
