Wanasema muda hupita, lakini athari ya viongozi bora hubaki milele.

Leo nimepata fursa ya kusimama pamoja na baadhi ya makamishna wenzangu Wastaafu tuliowahi kubeba dhamana ya kulitumikia taifa kupitia TAHLISO 2025-2026.

Katika picha hii kuna zaidi ya watu watatu; kuna hadithi za kujitoa, changamoto tulizoshinda, na maono tuliyoyasimamia kwa pamoja.

Katika maisha, cheo ni cha muda, lakini heshima inayozaliwa na huduma ya kweli ni ya kudumu. Hivyo, ninawapongeza na kuwashukuru kwa mchango wenu mkubwa katika Idara ya Habari na Mawasiliano.

Mlihudumu kwa akili, kwa moyo na kwa dhamira.

Katika safari ya maisha na uongozi, Milima mikubwa haikujengwa kwa jiwe moja, bali kwa maelfu ya mawe madogo yaliyowekwa kwa uvumilivu.

-Vivyo hivyo, mafanikio makubwa ya jamii yetu yamejengwa na mchango wenu wa kila siku.

Mbele yetu bado kuna vita vya maarifa, maadili na maendeleo. Tuendelee kuwa taa zinazowasha taa nyingine.

Heshima kwenu makamishna wenzangu Wastaafu , ndugu , marafiki na wapambanaji wenzangu.

Tudumishe ari ya kufanya mema, kuhamasisha wengine kufanya mema, na kulinda misingi ya amani, umoja na mshikamano wa taifa letu. Uzalendo si maneno; ni vitendo vya kila siku vinavyoonyesha upendo wetu kwa nchi na watu wake.
