New(ish) crudo featuring NuMex Suave peppers from @pinewoodspringsfarm

The NuMex Suave is citrusy and fruity, and contains an almost exact flavor of a habanero but without any of the heat. It’s featured on our latest crudo dish and won’t last forever! Come try it before we move on to the next iteration.

KH Steak Night

There’s a lot that happens before a ribeye hits the grill.

At Kimball House, we source USDA Prime Evans Reserve beef from Evans Meat & Seafood as whole primal cuts, we butcher and portion every steak in house. It’s an old-school part of the craft that our kitchen takes seriously, giving our chefs control over the quality of every steak we serve.

This is the fourth annual return of the Puget Sound, a drink that will return every year towards the end of summer.

This drink is a perfect example of how the farmers that we work with influence our menu.

It started when we received the best cantaloupes the South has ever seen from Joe and his team @loveislovefarm If they keep growing them, we will keep making this cocktail.

It’s a dry melon martini, garnished with a honeydew “olive” that pairs perfectly with an ice cold tray of oysters from the Pacific coast.

This will be on the menu through mid September. by @kimballhouse
