eaten outside in the brisk fall air with smells of a bonfire

Dessert: sourdough brownies with ice cream & strawberries

served with honeynut squash, brussels sprouts, and a salmon option for the non-chicken lovers

topped generously with @evolvewithmelissa’s homemade basil salt

a short film about healing & creating a life you love (& how to light a joint) starring @hannahgreyelrose directed and produced by @kimberly.kesting by @kimberly.kesting

retreats are magic portals, I just got back from one and I’m about to enter another next weekend.

over the last 5 years I’ve led, hosted, planned, cooked, and played at over a dozen multi-day wellness events & retreats… organizing events with 10 people all the way up to 100 people.

I can tell you with definitive certainty, THIS is where true transformation & healing takes place

when you get in the room with your clients and spend days together

it will always beat rushed coaching over zoom

and it definitely beats endless, humanless digital courses

online education and community is GREAT, but it’s wildly incomplete for a truly human experience.

get offline, get your people together, and get to work

and watch the magic that happens from coherence, co-regulation, and true presence

it makes their deeply healing moments almost look easy

I’m dreaming up my retreat calendar for 2027 and looking for aligned partners to co-host magical experiences with… is it you?

I’ve got all the party planning, logistics, & meals handled… you bring your people, your coaching/teaching magic, and a vision you want to bring to life ✨ by @kimberly.kesting

it was @miranda.paigeoflight who asked me so obviously she was kidding…

ladies before you think I’m coming for your vibrators or chik fil a…

I urge you to consider

the slow cooked
from scratch meal
you made with
your own bare hands
is always more tender
& more delicious
than the quick hit
of a drive thru

my summer sabbatical is winding down

and just like approximately half the female entrepreneurs and coaches on social media, I’ve been in the portal of recreation and reimagining and recharging this entire year so far

not because it’s trendy

because collectively the awakened feminine is upgrading leaps and bounds

do you feel it?

the grind of achieving no longer satisfies us
we want change, to be plugged back into source
we are inhabiting our bodies & pleasure more fully
we are returning to our divine feminine essence
we are becoming more vital & fully alive

This summer I rested, took all the pressure off, and let myself be

I spent hours and hours on the beach. I have the best most even golden tan I’ve ever had, and never once touched sunscreen

I accidentally / on purpose turned Kimberly’s Kafe into a real micro bakery with paying customers… and developed a full seasonal menu

I smoked enough 🍃 to now want/need a tea break before the Elevate retreat this October

I’ve been in artist mode, I’ve finished half of the @i.am.her.oracle first draft hand drawn mini cards

I’ve been sitting in the sauna and under the red light like it’s my job (oh wait, it is 😂) and my body is so happy about it

I connect with my womb, my cervix, my breasts, my heart every opportunity I get

And even though this list isn’t “work” like how you corporate girlies might think of it

This IS my body of work

Teaching women how to be vital, embodied, relaxed, nourished, glowing for the sake of it, dripping in beauty

Because 1) you deserve it, and 2) getting women back in their bodies, back into their feminine essence, and embodied in their full power is how we shift our culture of disease and disconnect

For the next few weeks I’ll be enjoying my last drops of summer here in VB, then I’m officially back to work in October for 2 epic women’s retreats. You can join me if you wish!! DM me and I’ll tell ya more details 😘
