✨WHITE PARTY 2025✨ What. A. Night. To all of our gorgeous friends—thank you for showing up with amazing energy and bringing the white-hot style. I’m still smiling.🤍

One of the greatest gifts of working in real estate in the Nation’s Capital is the incredible people we get to meet. You lead. You give. You build. And you inspire us.

This party has become such a special tradition, and I love hosting it at Café Milano—an iconic DC spot made even more unforgettable thanks to Francisco and Laurent. If you’re thinking of hosting something magic, they’re your guys. @cafemilanodc

To my team—Michael, Farleigh, Kayla, and Graham: you are my heart. You are excellence, grit, joy, and love in motion. Together, we’ve built something that’s not just powerful—it’s beautiful.

To our brilliant partners—David Helfrich and Josh Friedson—thank you for bringing your wisdom and “make it happen” mindset to every transaction.

While success is amazing, what really matters is creating something meaningful. It’s about building real wealth—in our work, our relationships, and in the joy we share along the way.🤍🤍🤍

Throwback to last March when Kimberly celebrated her birthday in sunny Beverly Hills—because when it rains in DC, this is always her mental happy place! Every time she visits, she stays at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. There’s just something magical about the rich history and legendary real estate here—so many iconic homes and stories behind every door. Kimberly loved exploring the area with her colleague and Rehoboth Beach partner, Michael Reamy. Coast-to-coast inspiration at its finest!

It felt like time to properly reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Kimberly.

I’ve always loved homes 🏡 The architecture. The design. The feeling you get when you walk into a space and just know.

I studied finance because I believe real estate is one of the most meaningful investments a family can make. I love the strategy behind it 📊 What truly moves me are the people behind every decision.

I love hosting ✨ I love bringing people together. I love watching friendships form around a dinner table or at one of our client events 🥂

I love animals more than I can explain 🐾

And I feel most fulfilled when I’m helping someone navigate a major life transition with clarity and confidence.

I’m not competitive with others. I’m competitive with who I was yesterday. I’m always pushing to grow, to improve, and to ensure my clients win.

Many of the people I’ve had the privilege of representing have become lifelong friends. That means more to me than any statistic ever could 🤍

At the end of the day, being trusted to help someone buy or sell their home is something I never take for granted. It is a privilege every single time.

If we’ve worked together, thank you.

If we haven’t yet, I would truly love to get to know you.

There are work teams — and then there are teams that truly feel like family. 🤍

I am endlessly grateful for this incredible group of people and the care, discipline, and heart they brought to everything we touched in 2025. We accomplished so much together, and I’m genuinely excited for what 2026 has in store for us.

We are especially grateful to our clients — you are the reason we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us with your homes, your investments, and such meaningful chapters of your lives. It is a privilege to be invited into those moments, and we never take that responsibility lightly.

Nothing great happens by accident. It takes thoughtful planning, creativity, foresight, and a shared commitment to getting the details right. We’re honored to continue representing extraordinary homes and people across Washington, DC and the surrounding region — from historic neighborhoods to new developments — and to play a small role in shaping the future of this city we love so deeply.

2025 had its challenges, but it also reminded us of the power of community, resilience, and teamwork. I’m so proud of how this team shows up — for each other and for our clients — day in and day out.

We’re entering 2026 aligned, energized, and ready to deliver excellence at every turn.

With all my love,
Kimberly 🤍

A little serendipity in Dubai ✨

Kimberly and Kayla spent the afternoon at The Lana, the newest jewel in the Dorchester Collection and walked right into a fairytale.

The Gallery was hosting a Marie Antoinette–inspired afternoon tea in collaboration with Manolo Blahnik, celebrating the iconic designs created for Sofia Coppola’s film and the V&A’s exhibition. And in the best full-circle moment… Kimberly had just visited the Marie Antoinette collection at the V&A in London, and she’s no stranger to the Dorchester world thanks to her stays at the Beverly Hills Hotel. A meeting of the minds, a perfect coincidence.

From couture-inspired pastries to the breathtaking rooftop at High Society, The Lana offered an experience that blended fashion, history, and skyline views in the most unforgettable way. ✨🌸👠

This is definitely our favorite hotel in Dubai!

I’m so incredibly honored to be featured in DC Magazine’s Icons of Washington 20th Anniversary Issue ✨🖤

A huge thank you to Jessica Powers and her entire amazing team for selecting me and making the process so seamless — your warmth and professionalism made this such a special experience. And to @tonypowell1, thank you for bringing so much joy and creativity to the shoot — it was truly one to remember! 📸

A special thank you to @marklowham for lending us his beautiful vintage Cadillac convertible 🚘 — it tied perfectly into the story I wanted to share about my grandparents, whose love story began during World War II. My grandfather courted my grandmother in a big Cadillac convertible, and they got engaged on a boat in the Potomac 💍🌊. I love that this shoot allowed me to honor them and my family’s deep Washington roots.

Washington, D.C. has always been home — its architecture, history, and incredible people continue to inspire me every day 🏛️🤍. I’m endlessly grateful to do what I love in a city that means so much to me.

My heart is full — for my family, my team, my friends and this incredible city that continues to give me so much. 💫
