Happy Father’s Day to all the men who mean so much to us. by @kimberlyc00per

Grateful to have joined Simon Clowes for the season finale of his considerate podcast series “Object Subject Form.”

Founding Prologue with Kyle in 2003, I look back and am reminded of all the talented individuals who joined our journey, including the great designer we convinced to relocate from London to LA. What started as a small but ambitious team grew into something truly special, leading to ventures like Prologue Immersive and Spatialand (now Insperience).

Life’s biggest challenges showed me strengths I never knew I had. In the midst of ambiguity, I learned that success isn’t just about business acumen; it’s about embracing curiosity, diversifying opportunities, and building meaning-making networks. Most importantly, it’s about having the courage to claim your space as a creative partner, regardless of your role as a woman, mother, or entrepreneur

In this episode, we talked about building creative businesses with your life partner, how to navigate the complex marriage and scaling companies, balance family life with entrepreneurial ambitions, and manage everything from employee retention to creative excellence.

This journey from traditional design and VFX to pioneering retail virtual experiences with Walmart has taught me that, over and over again, your purpose reveals itself through constant exploration and embracing new challenges.

Thank you Simon for creating this wonderful place to share these stories.

To whoever is thinking of starting a creative venture with their significant other or is simply interested in where art and love meet business, I hope our discussion inspires and informs.

Thank you to the USC Viterbi School of Engineering especially Professor Weiss for putting this all together, USC Viterbi Women in Engineering, and the USC Iovine & Young Academy for the opportunity to connect and inspire.” by @kimberlyc00per

Happy 18th Birthday Kade Cooper! You are the goofball, the silly one, the super hero, the artist, the virtual reality artist, the gamer, the MMA fighter, the filmmaker, the director and the baby in the family but now the tallest in the family. We love you. Video credit: Made with Runway by @kimberlyc00per
