We went shopping and bought enough food to put together 1,500 pantry packs for local kids! Our goal is 15,000 pantry packs, and we can’t do it without your help. Every donation, big or small, gets us one step closer to making sure kids in our area have food when they need it.

This week we surprised Mr. Moore at Roy Jr. High with $100 and a HydroJug as a small way to say THANK YOU for the difference he makes every single day. 🧡 We made this one extra special by bringing members of the student government along with us, and hearing them share how Mr. Moore has helped them. Today we surprised Mark Daniels at Weber High School! Mark is someone who brings so much energy, talent, and heart to the Weber High community. He is the driving force behind Weber’s musicals and plays, creating incredible experiences and memories for so many students. And if that wasn’t enough, he recently took on the huge task of coordinating the return of Weber High’s past Homecoming Queens for this year’s parade and football game, a special tradition that brought generations of Warriors back together.
He’s made such a positive difference in so many lives and we are happy to get to recognize him. by @kimberlygreen

Four deals. Four cancellations. Back to back.

Not exactly the kind of real estate update you usually see on Instagram. 😂

But this is real estate right now.

People are cautious. They’re asking more questions, looking harder at the numbers and taking their time before making huge financial decisions. And I actually think that’s a good thing.

Of course I want my deals to close. But I never want a client to close on a home just so I can say I had another sale.

Sometimes doing my job well means fighting to keep a deal together.

And sometimes it means telling my client, “I think walking away is the right move.”

The wins are fun to post about, but the hard deals are where experience, communication and negotiation are crucial.

Four canceled deals are just four chapters.

They’re not the whole story.🤍
