This has been a dream on my heart, to teach what’s helped heal me. And yesterday, it came to life.

We talked about gut health, strained stock with chicken feet, and even made a collagen-rich “fluff” from skin and cartilage (and yes! everyone tasted it and loved it 😄). There was laughter, curiosity, and connection as we sat around a table.

There’s something so deeply satisfying and nostalgic about making things from scratch - from butchering an animal with respect, to planting your own herbs, fermenting your veggies, and culturing your dairy. It’s slow. It’s special. And it grows us in ways that convenience never could.

God is the ultimate Healer, and we get to partner with Him in stewarding our bodies with wisdom.

S/o to the garden queen @ruthbrechbill - you came through boo 🌿 And to Leah @collinsfarmnc who has great farming practices and some of the best meat in town. Your bones are the best 🍖😆

I didn’t expect to hit a wall after making so much progress with my health, but then out of nowhere, I started experiencing anxiety and depression that didn’t make sense.

I felt the Lord nudge me to reach out to my friend who suggested Plexus products. I admit, I was skeptical, but that first step of obedience opened the door to healing I didn’t know I needed.

One week after drinking Slim (the pink drink), there was a noticeable difference in my body and mood. What I thought was spiritual out to be hormonal. And with the right support, everything started shifting.

Going to Convention this year felt like a full-circle moment. I walked in with hesitation, but I walked out with clarity, excitement, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I’m more passionate than ever about helping others experience the kind of healing I’ve found!

There’s so much freedom waiting on the other side of “what if,” and I want to help people find it.

This last year, I’ve watched you choose humility, integrity and patience. When the time came to make big decisions, I’ve seen you step away to be with the Lord because you knew that the right answer would come only from Him.

I’ve heard you say “I love you” and truly show it. I’ve heard you say “I’m sorry” and truly mean it. I’ve felt you lay your hands on my head and pray with authority over whatever I was dealing with.

I stopped by the @nextstepclubhouse to make little beaches in a bottle with Natalie’s special friends.

They’re learning about self-care this month, and we talked about how God’s creation—sunshine, waves, and salt air—is good for our minds and bodies.

I was most impacted 😆

It’s good to slow down and make time. Stop for the one. Look them in the eyes.
Step outside of your world and enter someone else’s for a while.

These friends have a way of making you see the world differently—in the best way.

Thank you to the @nextstepclubhouse for creating a space where that kind of beauty happens every day.
You are making a real difference in the lives of my sister and so many others.

Just took a walk, picked some mulberries, and ended up with two desserts—no refined sugar, no real plan, just what God already gave us to work with.

This first photo is from 2021.
I was strong, fast, and obsessed with the gym.

Back then, I pushed hard—chasing progress, comparing, striving.

The second photo is now.
Just a few light weights… and that’s enough.

A small injury slowed me down, but the Lord used it to help humble me and to be still.

In that stillness, I learned that life is not about me or how great I am! (Yeah, I really thought that!) I learned that progress can be slow, and I learned that taking a walk can be just as healing as 20 burpees and 40 squats.

Wherever you are in your journey, I encourage you to be patient, consistent and intentional. The Lord is brilliant at working things together for good, for those who love Him. by @kimbook9

Every time Jason and I teach the kids at church, I leave inspired.

Watching them pray for each other, worship with all their hearts, and quote scripture from memory—it moves me.

They have a real personal relationship with the Lord.

It’s a reflection of intentional parenting and discipleship, and we just get to witness the fruit.

It encourages me and makes me excited for the day we become parents.

God is raising up a generation of children who love Him deeply and stand boldly for righteousness and truth.

March 10th marked a milestone for us — we purchased land!

We’ve been praying for this for a long time, and to finally see it happen feels surreal and special.

We’re dreaming into what’s to come… A place for connection, breaking bread, healing, creativity and birthing new things.

The other day we were walking the land, and I started Googling the plant life to see what’s growing out there and how it can be used — maybe a little farm one day?

I want to encourage those who are currently in a waiting season that God is FAITHFUL! And His promises are yes and amen. As you wait, may your faith in Jesus increase! The wait will be worth it. He is worthy! by @kimbook9

Meet my friend Ruth.

She’s a wife, mama of 3, works multiple jobs, and serves in many capacities. She’s a normal person.

Ruth joined an incredible company that treats their employees well and recently won a luxury cruise trip that she’ll be going on in 4 days.

I remember the day she told me that she didn’t think that it was possible for her to win this trip… and then a few weeks later she won it! But what made the difference?

She made the choice to go all in and invite the Lord into her process, seeking His plan and not her own. And look how He rewarded her!

Mine and Ruth’s friendship began by snipping flowers together and making pretty arrangements 🌸 I may have taught her how to elevate her flower game. But she taught me much more…

From Ruth I’ve learned that: I can do hard things.
Growth takes time.
And purity of heart and people matter more than making a sale.
She also taught me how to butcher chickens and make a tea latte. Of which, I’m forever grateful for.

Ruth, enjoy your trip boo. Bask in the sun and jump in that water! Next year, Jason and I are going on that cruise with you and Mahlon! by @kimbook9
