POV: Walk to your new house with me. 🏡

Y’all… this is exactly why I get so excited about location.

A quick walk to the corner store means no hopping in the car every time you forget something (because let’s be honest… we all do 😂).

When I say location, location, location, this is what I mean. It’s not just about the house. It’s about making everyday life a little easier.

This spot checks all the boxes. 👏

TRUE STORY!

I swear I know how to have fun… 😂

But tell me why I leave my sister’s birthday, drive past one of my listings, and immediately pull over for a quick picture at 2:00 in the morning.

Realtor brain never clocks out. 🤦🏼‍♀️🏡

If you ever wonder how much I care about my listings… this is your proof. 😂

What’s the craziest thing you’ve done at 2 a.m. for work? 😂👇

⚜️🏡 Porch Chronicles | Episode 2 💜💚💛

Y’all… can we appreciate a good New Orleans porch for a second? 😍

Fun fact ☀️ Before air conditioning, these beautiful front porches were built to catch the breeze. 🌿

Now they’re where the magic happens. ⚜️

You wave at your neighbors. 👋
You hear jazz drifting down the street. 🎺
Somebody’s got coffee in hand. ☕
Somebody else is telling stories like they’ve got nowhere else to be. ❤️

I honestly think that’s part of why we’re called The Big Easy. We know how to slow down and enjoy the little things.

This is the New Orleans I love… and the lifestyle I get to help people find every day. 🏡⚜️

See y’all next week for another Porch Chronicle! 💜💚💛

Price dropped. 👀

Y’all… don’t be the person who messages me next month asking, “Is it still available?”

2321 Chartres St. is now $650,000.

Renovated 4-plex.

Four doors down from The Friendly Bar, a few blocks from the riverfront and Frenchmen Street.

You can update a house… you can’t move it. That’s why location is everything.

If you’ve been waiting for the right investment, I’d quit waiting. Shoot me a message before somebody else beats you to it. 🏡💜

No AI- Just A True Raw Moment for me: As I was putting the code in this lock to get the key out to show my client an investment home, Literally All I could think to myself is the True Joy I genuinely get in my Heart and Soul when I get to be the one to help people build their own wealth! I do not want to sell a house, I don’t even want to sell a dream- I Truly Truly Whole Heartily just want my people to Win! And when I say My People, I mean the Under Dog, the Humbled, the Genuine, the Visionaries, the Hustlers, the one who think they can’t, the ones that think they can but don’t know how or where to start! All my hearts desire is for my people to Win! I may not sell Million Dollar properties, I may have to work a little harder to make ends meet but Thank You Lord, my Jesus for allowing my husband and I to be put in positions to humbly help our people Win 💚💛💜 With all my heart- I am truly Grateful! taken in Keller Williams Realty New Orleans by @kimbooluv

Imagine building wealth…

Then spending your weekends here. ☀️

One thing I’ll never understand…

People think nothing of paying rent year after year, but get nervous about investing in themselves.

Life is meant to be enjoyed. If buying a home has been on your mind, let’s see what’s possible.

I mean… rent goes up.
A fixed-rate mortgage doesn’t. 👏

Just saying…
Buy the house.

I mean… this is why people love New Orleans.

Give me a porch, a swing, and a Sunday with nowhere to be.

That’s the freakin dream.
And yep… this is the lifestyle I get to sell.
