Today is Naia's #gotchadayanniversary I reached out to her mom and found out our sweet girl crossed the #rainbowbridge🌈 right before Christmas 😭

Naia was a sweet senior gal who came from @kauaihumanesociety in November 2019 She spent 5 amazing years with her mom bring spoiled and adored until the end.

Katie reminded me of how hard Naia snored and let me know she snored even harder the day they helped her cross, letting them know she was at peace and giving some comic relief with her snores.

Yoshi Foster 7/21/2010 - 5/01/2023

My sweet handsome boy passed away early this morning. He was diagnosed with lymphoma at the end of November and made it 5 more months. He was originally named “two socks” for the white marks on his back but was renamed Yoshi by the kids. He spent day care time at Wagmore and Whiskers were he was a favorite with the staff. He was big brother to lots of foster kittens. He loved walkies and food! I’m so grateful his appetite came back in the end.
Special thanks to Dr. Garrado @ Kauai Veterinary Clinic and The North Shore Animal Clinic for their loving care. I know this extended his life for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you to everyone who is reaching out with kind words today.

I will miss Yoshi for the rest of my life.

At the beginning of November I noticed the lymph nodes in Yoshi’s neck were swollen. November was a crazy month and by the time I got him into the vet the day after Thanksgiving all his nodes were swollen and the vet suspected cancer. This diagnosis was confirmed after his nodes were aspirated and samples sent to the lab. Yoshi has intermediate to large cell lymphoma.
It’s been a frustrating time as our vet office doesn’t treat cancer. Today we figured out a plan with the help of the North Shore Animal Clinic. Please send all your good energy, healing thoughts, prayers and whatever you’ve got our way. 🙏🙏🙏 by @kimfostera
