Guatemala, your teachings have left an incredible mark on my soul. Grateful for these beautiful transformative 5 weeks in the jungle. 🌿🦂🌺🌳🐒
About a decade ago, my exploration into yoga started, bringing another form of light into my life when I needed it the most. Completing my Yoga Teacher Training, yet embracing the eternal student within. 🧘‍♀️✨
Taking the practice beyond the mat has opened such beautiful doors to a deeper connection with every aspect of my life.
Ready to share and pay it forward, creating ripples of wisdom and light. 🤍

Gratitude to my teachers @wildandsovereign @jiyajulia and @awakenedspirityoga for sharing your wisdom, your dedication for yoga and holding this beautiful space. 🤍Special thanks to @bambuguesthousegt for connecting the dots to our everyday life and permaculture. And so much love for everyone at the teacher training making this an unforgettable memory 🫶🏽🌿 taken in Atitlan Lake, Panajachel, Guatemala by @kimimens

Sacred rituals 🌺 @atelierhandmade & @soleillegallery x @anne_buscher

Yesterday’s intimate gathering of linen, tea, art & breath 🪽

A reminder that even the most ordinary things we do every day can become sacred when we meet them with intention and are truly there for them.

Sometimes we become so busy creating a beautiful life, we forget to actually live it.

To feel it. Receive it. And surrender to the beauty of life around us.

Motherhood. 🧡

I’m endlessly in awe of the power of women. Not only of what our bodies can do, but of everything women carry, create, hold and give to this world - so much of it quietly, so much of it unseen.

Motherhood is such a powerful expression of that. The strength and softness it takes to raise a child, to nurture, protect, guide and love another human being.

That is what I love so much about working with women. There are so many layers to us. So much strength, tenderness, resilience and power.

Photographing my wonderful @kimimens with her daughter Nala felt so special. A little reminder of just how fucking incredible women are. 🧡 taken in Ibiza, Spain by @kimimens
