Does anyone have use for this really long handrail? It was from my basement stairs. It’s pretty tall. I don’t know how tall, but I can’t even stand it up in my living room so about that tall 🤣 it has been painted and still has the hardware on it by @kimiramirezallen

CALLING ALL WOMEN WHO KEEP SAYING, “I WISH I KNEW HOW TO DO THAT!”

On my next episode of “Why hire someone who knows what they’re doing when I have Wi-Fi and an unreasonable amount of confidence?”?” is officially underway: FLOORING. Round 3 (Basement Edition)

At this time, I’m opening enrollment in the completely unlicensed, questionably organized Kimi School of Home Remodeling.

If you’re a woman who has always commented on my posts saying “I wish I could do that” or “I don’t know where you get your energy”, come let me show you that you absolutely can! With a little wine, lots of adderall, 90’s jams, and YouTube tutorials anything is possible!

I’ll teach you what I know:
🔨 How to install flooring
📏 How to measure and make cuts
🪚 How to use the tools without being terrified of them
🤬 Which swear words work best when the piece you cut is 1/8” too short
💪 And most importantly how to realize you’re actually capable of doing way more than you thought.

Then, when you’re ready to tackle a project at YOUR house, I’ll even come help you get started so you’re not standing in Lowe’s staring at the flooring aisle wondering what life choices brought you here.

No experience necessary. Seriously. That’s the whole point.

And before anyone asks…

🚫 MEN NEED NOT APPLY. 🚫

I already know how this goes. I post one picture holding a power tool and suddenly Chad from three towns over is in my comments offering to “come show me how it’s done.”

Sir, I am not accepting applications for a husband, boyfriend, supervisor, foreman, or unsolicited tool-handling instructor.

THIS IS FOR THE GIRLS. 💁‍♀️🔨

So ladies… who wants to learn how to lay some flooring?!

Come over. Wear clothes you don’t care about. Bring knee pads.

The construction kind, you heathens. 😂 by @kimiramirezallen
