What happens when you give a room full of busy professionals a penholder, some ink and permission to slow down? ✍️

For one hour, around 30 attendees at @1_denison stepped away from the usual workday and into the world of Mindful Modern Calligraphy.

With an incredible view over North Sydney as their backdrop, everyone learned the fundamentals, practised their strokes and created something of their own — with a personalised notebook and take-home calligraphy kit to keep the creativity going.

We’re best known for bringing live personalisation to events, but opportunities like this remind us why we love what we do beyond the activation itself.

Because calligraphy isn’t just about beautiful lettering.

It’s about slowing down, switching off, learning something new and creating together.

And for corporate teams, that can make it a surprisingly powerful way to connect.

For our client CSC, our two artists spent the day engraving personalised cups for guests — one name, one detail, one cup at a time.

Some opportunities bring the team closer. 🤍

Sylvia and Fay have made it to Canberra for a Kimlligraphy gig tomorrow — and tonight, it’s accomodation check-in, ice cream and a little team bonding. 😂

One of the things we love about what we do is that every now and then, our artists get the chance to travel together, work together and share experiences like this.

Because building a great team isn’t just about what happens on the job — it’s about the connections we make along the way too. 🤍

Some activations give guests something to take home. The best ones give them a story to take home.

Last Thursday, Kim and Eric stepped into black cocktail for the launch of @denza_parramatta — and the vibe was electric. 🖤🥂

For 2.25 hours, our two artists brought live hand-engraving to the experience, giving guests the chance to turn their wine bottles into something personal and memorable.

Because when you combine a beautiful product, a great crowd and a personalised experience, the moment becomes part of the memory.

We loved being part of this one.

32 locations. 3 states + 1 territory. 4 days. 15 artists. And we did it. ✍️

Last Thursday-Sun was our biggest activation in Kimlligraphy’s history — and we couldn’t be more proud of what our team accomplished.

What made this one particularly special wasn’t just the scale. It was everything that happened behind the scenes to make it run smoothly.

With each artist responsible for transporting their own table, tablecloth and chair, additional logistics to coordinate, and some of our artists travelling to regional locations, there were plenty of moving parts.

But somehow… it all came together. Smooth sailing from start to finish.

And that doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens because of an incredible team that takes ownership, communicates, adapts and shows up ready to deliver — wherever the job takes them.

A huge thank you to our amazing artists. You made this happen. ❤️

And to our client, thank you for trusting Kimlligraphy once again to bring live personalisation to your Father’s Day activation. We’re incredibly grateful for the continued partnership and the opportunity to keep creating memorable experiences together.
