Fredericksburg Regional Chamber hosted their Regionalism Matters Workshop today at Stevenson Ridge and the presentation by Sarah Oldaker, Econ Devlp Prgm Dir at GWRC helped start a robust conversation about the importance of collaboration, accountability, and taking action (being part of the conversation) to move Econ Devlp in the right direction. 143 River Oaks Elementary students enjoyed an OmniRide story time and bus tour today! They kept bus operator, John busy with all their great questions!

We talked about OmniRide’s FREE local buses, bike racks, security cameras, wheel chair accessibility, rider safety, and of course…being a courteous rider!

Kiddos were amazing and got to go home with OmniSchwag: coloring books, bookmarks, crayons, and stickers!

PWC’s Swan’s Creek Elementary was heating up today!!! The 40th Anniversay Wrapped OmniRide Bus got big smiles from all the students! Operator John took the mic and shared his passion and talked about all the bells and whistles on our fleet! Amazing way to end the work week! How’d I get so lucky to have such a wicked awesome (throw back to my Boston roots😉) job? by @kimmitchell3625

Hundreds of people came to FXBG Pride today! We had a blast sharing OmniRide Express Southern Route info with festival goers! Dumfries Library invited OmniRide for a Story Time & Ride Along so the kiddos could experience the story come to life! Everyone had a blast and learned how easy it is to OmniRide. If the kiddos can do it, so can you, get on board and take a ride, all OmniRide Local buses are FARE FREE!!! by @kimmitchell3625
