Simple little swaps can make the world of difference… trust me… screen shot page 2 for your trip to the super market for Halloween treats 🍬🍫 🎃 👻

I know it’s only 1 day of the year, but if we just be a little bit aware of what we are buying we can all benefit 🙌🏼

Less meltdowns = happy kids & happy parents

Ps. You’re almost guaranteed a meltdown on Halloween so just go with the flow, lots of water and love. It’s not their fault but it is your responsibility 💖 xx by @kimmwatkins_

Ps. This definitely was not a PR package but I am open to sponsors xx

Too good not to share. Your new go to oat slice recipe everyone will love🤤

Ingredients:
Rolled oats
Honey
Peanut butter (i love @getdrizzy )
Chocolate of your choice (I chose organic dark chocolate)
Sea salt

Optional for added nutrition: blended seeds & nuts. I mix this at the start of the week and refrigerate then sprinkle on everything for my kids! This mixture is pepitas, sunflower seeds, walnuts, hemp seeds 🥜

Enjoy! 😍 by @kimmwatkins_
