It’s hot out! 🥵 Put a (Gladys) hat on! 🖤

We made a limited run of hats. Want one? Leave us a 🙌🙌🙌 and we’ll randomly choose some folks to send a hat to. (Watch your DMs, we’ll need your mailing address, too 😉).

On Saturday, July 11th, I’ll be joining 84 other swimmers in the Salish Sea for @swimbowen — an incredible event raising funds for people in our community living with cancer.

This is the messed up part — not only does cancer take an enormous physical and mental toll, but it’s also insanely expensive. It’s shocking how many essential costs aren’t covered. Swim Bowen helps to ease some of that financial burden so that folks can focus more on their wellbeing and recovery. 💪

This swim is a challenge for me 🏊‍♀️ I’m not a strong swimmer! But having a healthy, capable body is a privilege, and it motivates me to keep getting into my wetsuit and heading back into the water to swim in support of those facing far greater battles.

👉 If you want to donate to this amazing cause, please head to the site. Link in bio!!

Thank you so much for your support. It means the world to so many people. 🙏

PS — I am so lucky to swim with the best crew of humans who keep me motivated and safe! So grateful for all of them! 🏊‍♀️🏊🏊🏽🏊🏼‍♀️🏊‍♂️

When your pals ask if you want to go to the Rockies for a weekend of hiking, biking, singing and so much laughing, you most certainly say yes.
