There was an @evogennutrition meet and greet today @cultfitnesslv. I went over there to give some cigars to @jeremy_buendia and @hanyrambod. I guess I’m the bad influence 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hany was gracious enough to spend a few minutes chatting with me. I had to ask him how he made his apple turnover Isoject taste just like the real f@ck’n thing! He told me that it was the hardest flavor to develop with all the layers of flavor. If you haven’t tried it yet, believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

Thank you @cultfitnesslv for hosting the event. The guy in the middle is Andrei Deiu and he’s competing this weekend.

Listen y’all need to go grab some of this coffee cake @tspbakingcompany I’m telling you it will be worth the drive.

I finally got to meet the queen herself (third times the charm) and she is the most down to earth, energetic, full of life, shot of espresso and just one in a million lovely gal! Am I so glad we got to chat for a bit. Nothing but respect for her!

On a side note, I did workout before I opened this up. Nothing like a post workout carb load for the gainz! 💪🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 by @kimolv

Sorry for the not so great photo but I had to take a bite in the car on the way back home 😆 We’ve been going since they opened and love everything they do! If you haven’t been here yet, this is a must try. You’ll never eat another sandwich from anywhere else! ✌️
