It’s hard to believe this was a year ago this past weekend . I had so much fun celebrating 50 with a lot of wonderful family and friends who mean the world to me! I’ve enjoyed celebrating all my friends from high school and college all year long . I still can’t believe how many people came and showed up in costume SNL and I turned 50 together. Thank you again his memories are priceless. Thank you @getcocial and thank you Jason ( who won’t see this because he’s not on any social media) . #soontobe51 #kpowershomes #kpowers10 #snlandkimturned50 taken in Arlington Heights, Illinois by @kimpowers10

The best part of welcome weekend at @teamillinois was helping with the locker room reveal and meeting new families! When you make it to the AAA level, you get to leave your smelly 👃 hockey bag at the rink. 🏒 You also get to shower 🚿 at the rink and it looks like they liked their new towels and toiletry bags ! Parents will keep the fridge stocked with energy drinks and don’t forget to bring your practice jersey how to wash 🧽! This Group of young men is already bonding can’t wait for the first tournament in Notre Dame this weekend!! #jjpowers #letsgo #welcomeweekend #aaahockeylife🏒 #teamwork taken in Addison Ice Rink by @kimpowers10

Glad to have JJ and Gracie home. It was super quiet at the house this week with our 15 year old. Thank you mom for “ camp nana “ ☀️ 🏊 🐠 🍽️ 🏖️ style . The kids had a blast, I’m sure you wore them out before school starts next week. #funinflorida #campnana taken in Fort Myers, Florida by @kimpowers10
