Last week I showed you where we started with my closet transformation… now I’m taking you behind the scenes of what it actually took to get there.

And when I tell you @elevatedbydanag WORKED… I mean days, nights, racks, piles, try-ons and restyles.

But what I loved most was that Dana saw beyond just organizing my closet. As a Realtor, one day can mean showings, meetings, events, mom life and everything in between and she really understood my vision of turning it into my own little boutique and place that makes getting dressed exciting again, but also makes it easier to get out the door and into any task of my day.

And we’re not even at the final reveal yet… ✨

Three seasonal rentals secured, new listings, a first look at the spectacular new ONE Bal Harbour lobby, and an evening supporting @manyhappyhearts on their 20 year anniversary. ❤️

Outside of real estate, there were Marlins games + a Jumbotron moment with Harlow ⚾️, @drinkoishii Oishii Spritz runs at Whole Foods, last dips of summer, cooler morning walks with Bella, and FINALLY tackling and restyling my closet with @ElevatedbyDana. 👗

BIG news for Wynwood! Carnegie Mellon University is coming.

After a year in the works, Ken Griffin recently closed on the $1.1 billion acquisition of Mana Wynwood and is bringing CMU Miami satellite campus. It will include industry research labs and venture studios.

And think about what comes with that:
Over 3,500 students, faculty, staff and new companies all needing places to live, work, and invest.

As a Realtor, this is exactly the kind of news that gets my attention. Wynwood is already one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods and this brings an entirely new level of investment and activity to the area.

What gorgeous weather!! It’s as if the ocean got the memo that fall arrived. 🍂🌊

Went out for my morning walk on the Bal Harbour jetty and it was a perfect 74 degrees, with a cool, crisp breeze.

Felt so nice… I couldn’t think of a better place to enjoy it than strolling the jetty with my Bella🐾.

This is the Miami weather we wait all year for.

I almost didn’t want to show you my closet. 😅

Because looking at it, you might think I don’t have it together.

I promise you, I do. 😂

But between taking care of my clients and their properties, showings, meetings, events, and being a dance mom … figuring out what to wear is one of the things on my “to-do list” that I just don’t have the bandwidth for.

And I know I’m not the only busy professional who feels this way.

So I called @elevatedbydanag to help me restyle what I already own, organize my closet in a way that actually works for my lifetyle, and create a lookbook so when I need to get out the door quickly, I already know what works together.

One less decision to make every day.

I was a little nervous to let you into this part of my life but I figured if I’m dealing with it, someone else probably is too.
