De MasterChef Ecuador a las Islas Galápagos 🇪🇨

Tuve la gran oportunidad de conocer Ayora Resto Wine, el restaurante de Andrés Arrata, ganador de la tercera temporada de MasterChef Ecuador.

Lo que más me gustó fue descubrir la historia detrás de su propuesta, una experiencia gastronómica que reúne sabores e ingredientes de las cuatro regiones del Ecuador.

Porque viajar también es conocer un lugar a través de su comida, y aquí cada plato tiene algo muy cool que contar.

Valbona Pass was fucking HARD 😩. but also one of the coolest hikes I did while backpacking Albania.

Hiking from Theth to Valbona takes you straight through the Albanian Alps and the views just keep getting better the higher you go. Prob also one of the hardest hikes I’ve done, it took us 6 hours (stopping for fotos ), but 100% worth it 🇦🇱⛰️

If you are in Himare Albania, you HAVE TO go to Filikuri beach, it’s a little bit of a hike but sooo worth it🥹 oh and you can also kayak there 🤷🏽‍♀️

Himarë 🇦🇱 One of those places where the Albanian Riviera almost doesn’t look real.
Crystal clear water, hidden beaches, and some of the bluest coastline I’ve ever seen.

I took these photos during much happier days here, and it feels strange sharing them while Himarë is facing the aftermath of the fires. Thinking of the families, locals, firefighters and everyone who has been affected. 🤍

Hoping this beautiful corner of Albania recovers quickly. 🇦🇱 and with how resilient everyone is I have no doubt it will 😌

📍 Berat - Albania
It’s a UNESCO World Heritage city because of its Ottoman architecture. You can see churches, mosques and castles all in the same city 🇦🇱🤎
