San Diego, you had my whole heart this trip 🤍☀️

Now that we are home I thought I’d share some of my favs!

🏨 Home base was @thelafayette and it did not disappoint - the design alone is a 5/5, every corner has so much personality, and you genuinely never have to leave (restaurants, bars, pools, even a bowling alley!). little tip though: if you’re someone who loves a quiet getaway, maybe skip the weekend. the lobby turns into a full nightclub until midnight, so it’s more “fun & lively” than “peaceful retreat”

🍽️ What we ate + loved:
🍝 @senecatrattoria - 19th floor, the most stunning patio view, and the italian food matched the atmosphere perfectly
🍹 @cutwaterbrewery - mandatory stop bc my husband is obsessed with their cocktails. we went family style with our group and every single dish + drink was so good

🥐 @beginnersdiner - tucked right into the hotel, our easy breakfast spot, and the portions are seriously generous
🏖️ + plenty of lazy poolside lunches because the hotel makes it way too easy to stay put

One of biggest highlights of the whole trip - was our day spent on the water with @alanayachtrental - their team was so warm and attentive from start to finish, they kept the drinks and the vibes flowing and honestly made our day absolutely wonderful. They even helped us arrange catering so we had the yummiest lunch out on the boat. cannot recommend them enough 🤍
