Sumatran Rendang Curry – slow cooked beef cheek, rich spiced coconut curry, fresh tomato and cucumber pickles, jasmine rice.

It’s so lovely with a crisp white wine to balance

Oven baked pipe rigate, creamy tomato vodka sauce, finished with shaved Parmesan, a slightly charred finish and fresh stracciatella on top

White wine risotto with mushrooms and plenty of Parmigiano.

A family recipe we’ve loved for years, and best enjoyed with a gorgeous glass of white. by @kimsoodining
