The buggy choke is primarily used as a Hail Mary submission from bottom side control, but why not go for it from top?

If you were to grapple in a space without gravity, top and bottom side control would no longer exist. Mount would become closed guard.

Every technique has more than one application if you’re willing to look beyond the traditional path. The more you explore the space between positions, the more submissions you’ll find that catch even experienced opponents by surprise.

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from challenging what everyone assumes is “correct.”

Natural living is not a trend in this sport. It is a standard.

The BJJ community pays attention to what goes in the body and what goes on it.

We train hard. We recover. We think about the long game.

What you put in your body and on your body directly correlates to longevity. The people who train for decades are the people who take that seriously.

I learned something specific about the skin side of it.
