Your business deserves systems that support the level you’re stepping into.

If things feel messy behind the scenes…your client experience lives mostly in your head...or you know your backend could be working harder for you…

You’re in the right place.

I help creative entrepreneurs design and refine the systems that keep their business running smoothly, professionally, and sustainably.

Here are the ways we can work together:

✨ The Signature Dubsado Setup – Fully custom, done-for-you system design.
✨ The Guided Dubsado Build – A strategic done-with-you experience.
✨ The Dubsado Audit – A deep review with clear recommendations.
✨ The Dubsado Refresh – Update and refine your existing system.
✨ Tech Stack Consulting – Build a backend ecosystem that makes sense.
✨ Signature Systems Support – Ongoing optimization as you grow.

Whether you need it built, refined, or reimagined — there’s an option for you.

Not sure where to start? Send me a DM and I’ll help you find the best fit, or head to my website + inquire! We can have a chat about what will be best for you and your business! by @kimvargo.co

Allow me to reintroduce myself…

I’m Kim - a former high school math teacher turned systems strategist and virtual assistant for creative entrepreneurs (with a soft spot for wedding pros).

After 10 years in the classroom, I recently left teaching to take this biz full-time, and spend more time with my twin toddlers.

I help small business owners:
- Streamline their systems (hi, @dubsado)
- Automate back-end chaos
- Finally feel like a CEO

Whether you’re here for biz tips, workflows, or just to follow along on this new chapter; I’m so glad you’re here.

Struggling with some bottlenecks in your business backend? Let me know below! I’d love to help.

Happy Halloween!!

If you walked through this haunted house and thought “wait, that’s just my Tuesday,” you’re not alone. Most of these are fixable with a little Dubsado magic so your business runs smoothly while you’re out trick or treating.

Which one would send you running? Tell me in the comments 👻

And if you’re ready to stop being haunted by your client process, DM me “BOO” and let’s chat. by @kimvargo.co

“I’ve always done it this way” sounds harmless. I’m here to tell you: it’s not.

So many service providers are still running the client process they built in year one. It technically works, but it’s held together by memory, copy and paste, and a whole lot of doing everything yourself.

Your business has grown. Your process should grow with it.

What’s one thing in your client process you’ve done the same way forever? Tell me in the comments. 👇

If your client process lives in your inbox, a few spreadsheets, some sticky notes, and your memory, Dubsado can bring it all into one place, no matter what kind of business you run.

It’s not just for wedding pros. If you’re a service-based business, you can use Dubsado to automate inquiries, send proposals and contracts, collect payments, schedule calls, onboard clients, and more.

Did you spot your business on the list? Drop it in the comments. And if you DIDN’T see your business on the list, shoot me a DM and I can let you know. Chances are if the above sounds good to you, then Dubsado is the right choice for your business.

I say this with so much love you guys, but your excuses are simply that. If you are still rewriting the same email over and over again, editing names in your PDF’s, creating invoices after elections are made, chasing people down for payment….you’re wasting your own time, energy, and ultimately money.

P.S. I have two Signature Setup slots left before 2027…let’s get your Dubsado done right before the new year! by @kimvargo.co

Your Dubsado system should support your business, not stress you out. There are two ways I can help you get there.

The Signature Dubsado Setup is fully done for you. I build your workflows, forms, proposals, contracts, and automations from start to finish, test everything, and walk you through it at handoff. It’s perfect if you want your backend handled while you focus on your clients.

The Guided Dubsado Build is done with you. We map your client journey together, then you build your system over 30 days with my framework, templates, and support. It’s perfect if you want to understand every part of your system and feel confident updating it yourself.

Either way, you end up with a custom system built around how your business actually runs.

Not sure which fits? Book a discovery call through the link in my bio and we’ll figure it out together. by @kimvargo.co
