A little reintroduction, perhaps. 🤍✨

For those who have followed me for years, you’ll know that modelling and content creation have always been a part of my life. But over the last few years, I’ve taken a step back from that side of myself whilst navigating some personal and health challenges.

This year, I was diagnosed with PTSD. It’s been a journey of understanding myself, learning to navigate things differently and recognising that healing doesn’t always happen in a straight line.

Between prioritising my physical and mental health, my career and everyday life, I’ve found it difficult to balance everything, including the things I genuinely love doing.

I’m slowly finding my way back, without the pressure of having everything figured out or needing to do it all at once. 🤍

I’d love to create more, share more and reconnect with this side of myself. But this time, at my own pace, and in a way that feels right for me. X by @kimvdpols

Happy 1st birthday to my beautiful boy, Socks 🤍🎂🐾 You’ve filled my heart and home with so much love. My little shadow, my baby, my everything. 🤍✨ by @kimvdpols

Finally got round to filming how I create my bouncy, blowdry at home, ft. Socks 🐾 because he insists on being involved.

Using the @dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler & dryer in Ceramic Pink Straight + Wavy

My go-to tips & little secrets:
• Always use a heat protector before drying, healthy hair always comes first.
• Leave your hair about 85% dry before going in with the Airwrap
• Section as you go, I usually start at the bottom, but for extra volume at the front I go in first with the large round volumising brush, then switch to the 40mm long barrel and set in rollers
• Leave your rollers in for as long as possible… this is what gives that long lasting bounce and volume
• Always curl away from the face for that soft, lifted finish
• Set everything with hairspray
• Don’t brush out straight away, let the curls fully cool first
• Add a small amount of oil to the ends if needed, but keep it light to avoid dropping the style
• Use clips that don’t leave dents 🤍

Products used:
@dysonbeauty - Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler & dryer
@gisou - Honey Milk Active Repair Leave-In Conditioner Mist
@beauty_worksonline - beauty works x molly-mae luxury dressing brush

Some things are better kept in the shadows… 🤍
The roller was apparently invited to the shoot too. 😂

It’s all in the details… and yes, it’s paint. ✨
Turns out I’m an artist too. 🤎 by @kimvdpols

Honey gold 🍯 + Milky mocha 🍫 + Vanilla glaze 🧁 + sticky toffee 🍮 ✨

Four lip oils, all glossy, all tinted, all deeply hydrating!

Warm dessert-toned shades that sit somewhere between skincare and shine, like something you could almost taste, but it’s made to wear.

Beauty has always been part of my world, but I’m taking it a little further.

I’m currently training in makeup artistry while continuing my work across modelling and beauty. Incredibly grateful to keep evolving creatively, building connections, and I’ll be sharing more of this journey with you soon ✨

Life is sweeter with a little Socks-shaped shadow following me around. He’s equal parts chaos, cuddles, and curiosity, and somehow has everyone wrapped around his little paw. 🐾 by @kimvdpols
