A few snaps from our second month of sauna on the farm.

More of you have joined us, as has the colder weather! We’ve been zipping our raincoats up to our noses and switching on the twinkly lights ✨

It’s well and truly sauna season, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🧊❄️🍁

We’ve undoubtedly had a few wobbles along the way but when the stress hits we jump in the sauna and it’s all good on the other side 🧘‍♀️ by @kin.sauna

It’s been almost two months since we got water up to the site, and what a journey it’s been.

Lots of window cleaning, bench oiling, and more trips to plumbing shops than we can count 🪣🔧

Panicking that no-one would come and panicking how to manage if people did come 🤷🏼‍♀️

None of it would’ve happened without our crew of unpaid (but very loved) family and friends who had no idea what they were getting into but who’ve put in sauna host shifts, planted shrubs, built drains and carted bags of gravel from someone’s garden (with permission, of course 😂).

Thank you all, you legends 🙌

The longer nights are here and there’s no better time to be in the sauna.

We had our first evening session last Thursday and it was absolutely magical.

The glow of the fire and the lights all around the sauna made it so special.

I think it might be my favourite sauna time.

This is your sign to stop. Escape for 50 minutes and soak it all in.

Cold, heat, repeat and tea (lots of it).

Things are hotting up at Kin as we head into autumn. Saturday morning rise and sauna and slow Sunday afternoon sessions to continue with added hours. Candlelight night sessions and a sauna run club in the works.

Thanks to everyone that’s been down so far. We’re so excited to be building this with you! by @kin.sauna

This felt like a proper treat after a long hike through the hills, to come back to our campsite and enjoy these incredible countryside views from @kin.sauna was just the perfect way to end our trip 🫶🏼

Don’t miss this spot at @beltonville_farm if you’re heading to the Peak District this autumn🌲

In need of proper rest? We’ve got the perfect recipe.

Grab your friends, grab your loved ones and get yourself to Miller’s Dale in the Peak District for a walk/cycle/run/climb. Fresh air, stunning views and endorphins.

Next stop Kin Sauna.

Traditional Finnish wood fired sauna. Huge glass window and glorious 90 degree heat. Sweat it out whilst looking across the valley. Cool off in the shower, then jump in the plunge. Rinse and repeat until you feel amazing.

Then onto Beltonville Farm Shop for a coffee and the BEST snacks about.

See you there ☀️ by @kin.sauna

We’ve had the best time over the last month @beltonville_farm ✨. A HUGE thank you to everyone who’s supported us so far and can’t wait to meet more of you soon 🔥🧊. Big love from the Kin Sauna team!
